铝板作为装饰板的技术参数，常见需要了解的铝单板产品技术参数

1. 铝合金型材做遮阳系统，1.2-1.5mm厚的型材跨度控制在3米以内，弯曲误差2mm以内，抗拉强度30kg；厚度1.5mm以上跨度4米以内，弯曲误差2mm以内，再大的跨度建议使用其它安装方案。

Aluminum alloy profiles are used for sunshade systems. For profiles with a thickness of 1.2-1.5mm, the span should be controlled within 3 meters, the bending error should be within 2mm, and the tensile strength should be 30kg. For profiles with a thickness of 1.5mm or more, the span should be within 4 meters, and the bending error should be within 2mm. For larger spans, other installation schemes are recommended.

The core material aluminum alloy profile complies with the national standard GB5237, and the tensile bearing capacity of connecting and fixing 4mm aluminum rivets is usually between 200-400N (about 20-40kg), and the shear bearing capacity is about 150-300N (about 15-30kg) (ISO 15983 standard). The tensile strength of connecting and fixing 4.2mm st4.2 self-tapping screws is 500mpa (tensile strength of about 40kg, ISO 14589 standard)

1. 清洗方案：清水冲洗，可添加清洗剂，需要做小规模实验

铝板材:  切割、钻孔、铆接、焊接、喷涂 2X6米

铝蜂窝板：切割、钻孔、铆接、喷涂、粘接2x8米

曲面板：切割、钻孔、铆接、焊接、喷涂 2x3米

孔网板：激光切割、冲孔、铆接、焊接、喷涂 2*6米

Cutting, slotting, bending, welding, riveting, etc. of aluminum alloy products require professional tools, which should be used under the guidance of professional personnel

Jomoalu factory production line can process and produce (maximum size):

-Aluminum profiles: spray coating can reach up to 12 meters in length; There are no special size restrictions for cutting, drilling, riveting, welding and other processes

1. 防火等级：A2级标准‌：常规铝合金型材因主要成分为金属铝（熔点660.4℃）和锰（熔点1245℃），在GB 8624-2012《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》中被定义为A2级不燃材料，具有高温下少量冒烟但不起明火的特性, 铝合金型材在1200℃火焰冲击下，背火面温度可控制在80℃以下，满足防火完整性1小时以上的要求

Fire rating: A2 grade standard: Conventional aluminum alloy profiles, whose main components are metallic aluminum (melting point 660.4°C) and manganese (melting point 1245°C), are defined as A2 grade non-combustible materials in GB 8624-2012 "Classification for Burning Behavior of Building Materials and Products". They exhibit the characteristic of emitting a small amount of smoke at high temperatures but not igniting into an open flame ; Under the impact of a 1200℃ flame, the temperature of the unexposed surface of aluminum alloy profiles can be controlled below 80℃, meeting the requirement of maintaining fire integrity for over 1 hour

1. 产品设计抗风等级： 3004h24高强铝合金为基材的铝单板,屈服强度超 180mpa,显著优于普通铝材.经实验室模拟,2.5mm厚的该标准板可承受 9000pa风压,对应风速处于 17级超强台风(56.1 - 61.2m/s)的区间。

Wind resistance rating of product design: The aluminum veneer, made of 3004H24 high-strength aluminum alloy, has a yield strength exceeding 180 MPa, significantly superior to ordinary aluminum materials. According to laboratory simulations, a 2.5mm-thick standard panel can withstand a wind pressure of 9000 Pa, corresponding to a wind speed within the range of a Category 17 super typhoon (56.1 - 61.2 m/s).

1. 产品表面处理参数:氟碳PVDF高温液体喷涂处理，具体参数摘要：

1. 涂层防火性能：B1级或更高级别。B1级防火等级表示该材料具有良好的阻燃性能,能够在火灾发生时有效地阻止火势蔓延,起到一定的防火作用：

B1 level or higher. The B1 fire rating indicates that the material has good flame retardant properties and can effectively prevent the spread of fire in the event of a fire, thus playing a certain role in fire prevention。

1. 耐酸性：acid resistance: 在5%HCL (V/V)盐酸测试，24小时无变化。

In a 5% HCl (V/V) hydrochloric acid test, there was no change observed over 24 hours.

1. 膜厚度40um左右，
